I have worn the show several times whilst paddleboarding which involved a short scramble over rocks. Would highly recommend as they did not feel heavy and clumpy like cheaper shoes would. I actually forgot I was wearing them. I'm a size 11 (eu46) and size 11 fitted perfectly. Great product!
