Been wanting some poles to relieve pressure to my knees after years fell running and hiking, really impressed with the poles they are lightweight fold down neat to fit on my waist bag or back pack and take around 30 seconds a pair to set up and fold back down again. They are very well made and feel sturdy on all terrain.
I would highly recommend them
