Great bit of kit. Really surprised how much they helped me on my first run out with them... used mainly on uphill sections and I really noticed the help they offer. Usually get some hip pain toward double figures (miles) , but this didn't happen with these poles. Really informative teaching videos included in the price that was already a bargain. If you are in 2 minds on these... don't be, get them and thank me later!
