This class was a Christmas gift from my children and I really enjoyed it. Our teacher, Will was excellent and explained all the processes very clearly and in a fun, entertaining way. I really learned a lot including some Dim Sum jokes which were (mostly) funny! I came away feeling much more confident about making Dim Sum and will definitely be making some more very soon. Thank you for a very enjoyable class Will.
