Solid and beautifully constructed. The Walnut is a great colour, and the waxed suede gives it some laid back, rugged character. Comfortable straight away in terms of how supple the leather is, although sizing is generous; not in terms of length or the toe box, both of which are ideal, but in terms of how much room there is in the instep, heel and ankle areas. But it's probably my skinny ankles and low instep to blame. Some 3/4 length insoles to fill them out slightly have resulted in a perfect, solid fit. Overall, they're superb boots and smell amazing.
