I'm absolutely in love with this knife. I was given a Shigeki Tanaka knife as a gift, and it's nothing but pure joy to use (it cuts through a carrot like it's a block of soft butter - I've never experienced anything like it). I've been wanting a petty knife for a while, and after looking through the website, narrowing down my choices, I kept coming back to this one. It looks absolutely amazing next to the one I already have, making it quite an impressive set. The edge is just as unbelievable as expected, and I know I will be reaching for this knife again and again. I cannot wait to get one of the magnetic knife racks from here so I can proudly present both these knives. I simply can't recommend this enough.
