We've polished off another beautiful piece of local beef, brisket this time, slow cooked for 8 hours, with red wine and all the vegetables home grown ourselves in our allotment. Absolutely fantastic, and the pictures don't do it justice (this is second day leftovers 😋) the quality is exceptional and is why we keep coming back.
