Earlier this year on a trip to Europe I was able to make a special journey to Arnhem & Nijmegen and visit many of the locations from Operation Market Garden along with paying respect to the fallen. When I discovered the maroon and blue 1st Airborne wristband available at the Airborne Shop, it was a no brainer to purchase it and wear it with pride to honour the Paras of the past and now.
