Pembroke cottage is simply stunning. Three en-suite double/king size bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, beautiful conservatory with amazing views over Cartmel village and race course with a cosy wood burner and doggy friendly, especially with the Bootroom entrance. Private driveway with plenty of parking and charging facilities for an electric vehicle. The only slight disappointment was the lack of local foot paths - obviously that’s not the owners fault but walking down into Cartmel dud not feel safe as the road is quite narrow, there are no pavements and there is a lot of traffic.
