I have had cracked thumbs for about 12 months now and have tried so many different creams with no luck! As far as I was concerned this was just another hand cream that would do NOTHING. When I rubbed it in my thumbs I'll be honest it felt weird and I thought to myself "This is not going to do a thing. I was over the moon after a couple of days of using it. My thumbs were so much better and now I have no trouble with them at all. I have no problem in recommending Nursem, I have since bought a larger bottle to take over to the USA for my neice who has the same problem. Thank you Nursem.
