Pros - Very nice looking bed once assembled - decent price - company do get back to enquiries quickly even if unhelpful Cons - definitely needs to be secured to a wall and not sturdy enough to be on its own. An issue if you don’t want to holes in the walls of your home - Noa and Nani need to work with different delivery partners. I actually wouldn’t buy anything bulky from them again. Went for standard delivery but got a notification at 10 am saying delivery will be due in afternoon. Never showed up. Next day got a message at 1pm that my delivery will due between 10.30am and 12.30pm for the same day?!!! Deliverers ended up leaving it at the bottom of my hallway in block (I’m first floor) and didn’t even notify me. weighed 25kg and I had to find someone strong enough to help me before I got a fine for leaving it in hallway. Contacted Noa and Nani wasn’t really impressed with their response. My end to end experience was honestly sour and I really won’t buy big ticket items due to this risk. I see from other reviews this is an ongoing issue so wouldn’t bulky items. Friend had an v similar experience with canopy bed ordered literally the same week so not an isolated experience.
