I use it in my conditioner when I wash my hair. I love it, I don't use much but I love the colour it makes my hair, its a very light grey/ silver. So easy to use, in the past I have used blue, pink etc but at the moment I'm sticking to slate grey. Would recommend it great product, and the bonuce is it will wash out eventually.
