My order came on time. The delivery guy was lovely and extremely helpful. It was a struggle for him to put my flooring where I wanted it, but he persevered and was so nice and polite.
Love my floor now. Really good quality and at almost half the price other outlets were charging. Feels luxurious and looks it.
