Great for everyday & hikes!. I absolutely love this carrier! Not only is it lightweight but it is very sturdy. It is easy to put on by yourself. Adjusting the straps is also with ease with a simple tug and pull, plus there are magnetic buckles (the best feature). There are also pockets for your keys or to store the baby’s paci. I wear mine around the house when I need to get things done but baby cannot leave my side. I also used it for hikes which I go on almost every weekend. My baby loves that he can forward face and see the trails and the mountains as we hike. Usually when we are heading back down, I change him to facing me so he is not against the sun & he likes to take a nap on the way down. When switched to this position, he is more comfortable taking a nap. Overall, I love our carrier so much. Highly recommend for new parents & veteran parents!
