The ring is lovely. Can't wait to wear it. The instore service in The Mall, Bristol was very good. Friendly staff, good advice and listened to what we wanted. As Taunton branch was closer to us for collection, we ordered the ring to be sent there. We were told we would receive a phone call by the following Friday to collect. No such call was made and when we rang Taunton to find out when we could expect it in store, we were told it was already there! How long would we have been left waiting if we hadnt called?
