I have recently (4 weeks) reintroduced creatine into my everyday nutrition. With my strength & performance training, I have half a scoop in my 1.5 litre water in the morning & at 5pm with juice before I train at 5:30pm. My recovery & sleep has improved overall. I feel more switched on at work & have noticed for the first time in 6 months, I am starting to gain healthy weight again.
