This vest has been very comfortable and served me very well on a recent trail half marathon. It has many pockets for gels and could hold my phone easily. The main pack was easily big enough for all the needed kit (extra layers, first aid, etc...). The adjustment areas are a little fiddly but that does mean they are secure when you are running. Could have probably done with a little leaftlet explaining what each pocket and strap was designed for, but that would be a nice to have. Overall I like it and will continue to use it both on trails and on road running.
