We received our bathroom cabinet promptly however the fixings were missing. Customer Services were great. They answered my phone call promptly and Mehwish reassured me that a replacement would be issued. All I needed to do was to send photos of the cabinet and packaging. After this I received an email to inform me that the new cabinet would be on it's way and that I should receive it the next day. It's a lovely cabinet. The mirrors really do demist quickly the product is well made and if a good quality. It look really great in our bathroom. Thank you Bathroom Mountain.
