Always thought Creatine was for the gym buffs but once I heard about how it helps prevent brain fog and improve cognitive functions in women, I decided to try it for myself. I take it first thing in the morning - 10g with plain water. So far so good, I noticed a slight increase in energy and concentration especially when I have to work late nights.
