I so wanted to love this product but I can't even get the app to work. First, I need to wait for a verification code before anything happens I never get the code no matter how many times I try. Because of this, I can't use the bulbs at all, so I tried using the card that came with the product where I can activate the warranty. Unfortunately, the product isn't even on the website, so that was useless. In the end, it doesn't look like I got the real thing, so I am quite upset with the whole experience. Update: Customer support replied to my complaint and they gave me the right verification code. I've since made an account and can now use the bulbs they're fantastic!
