Size 30 is a perfect fit for my 15 month old male Papillon. Very well made jacket, easy to put on and take off. No velcro which is great as my dog hates velcro noise. Nicely adjustable and allows easy toilet for him. It is expensive if you include postage, currency exchange to euro and import VAT. I am glad this version was on sale as overall price was good for a great jacket. He has worn twice in light rain and his core was dry and warm when he got home from walk.
