Great informative website, reviews are spot on and very helpful so definitely read them. This is my first full carbon knife after months of searching, it’s razor sharp and looks amazing, wish I’d made the leap into carbon earlier. As the review says this is a great first knife when you’re a newbie to carbon like myself. I found the lip were the handle and ferrule meet a little annoying so I sanded the lip on the handle with some fine sand paper and applied some worktop oil. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase. Plasters in the box was a great addition and gave me a little chuckle. Overall great product, great website keep doing what you’re doing.
