It's perfect for me. Taste is good, nicely filling ( I use a bit more than standard portion). The best part for me is the convenience! I like to take it on trips and hikes, grab when I'm in a hurry. Far leas dishes to clean! 😉 And I've been using Plenny shakes for quite some time - love them!
