The delivery time was excellent. I managed to fit it, albeit with some difficulty which I attribute to the design. The tricky part is to fit the window regulator between the inner door panel and the pillar of the quarter window. You have to first fit the glass in the channel and then remove the screws holding the quarter window pillar so that it can be bent inwards to allow space for the window regulator. Most of the time one has to work by feel. The job took a clear 2 hours. I forgot to take pictures of the regulator before assembling the trim. However I am attaching a picture of my 1968 VW beetle which I had since my student days.
