Because the laminate floor I installed, could easily wear down in time, I searched desperately for some added protection. The CoverTec Luxury Floor Seal was the only product advertised that fit my application perfectly. I like the fact it penetrates the cracks, to help against spills. And because it's waterbased, the flash time was very quick. I was able to lay down 4 coats in less than 5 hrs. (Because it's summer, the heat also helped).
