Sample provided was 4 tiles with polished relief. 3 of 4 boxes matched the sample in polish. None matched the carved design on the sample. 4th box had unpolished/dull relief. No indication that tiles needed to be "mixed" and I did not want a mixed surface finish, so I had to request and exchange of the odd box. The tiles are beautiful and very substantial.
