I do love the bright happy colors. There is no doubt this is a kyogre! This cloak is very warm. Almost too warm for Southern California even though it does get a bit nippy here. In order to get it to fit around my middle I had to buy one where the sleeves are just way too long. But I just rolled up the sleeves and I’m good to go. I could take it in to get it altered, but I kind of like the look of the white rollback on the sleeve. Now where the button hasps are, I’m OK with the hasps, but the black material, which seems to be kind of an almost Naga Haisch thin material… I don’t like that. I think it’s kind of cheap looking compared to the whole item. But that doesn’t make me love it less. I just don’t care for it. But that doesn’t stop me from wearing this because it is still lovely and warm.
