We ordered the product pictured, however what we received was NOT what was pictured. The product we received arrived with the reducer pipes glued in the T. Notified the seller of the issue and was told they contacted the manufacturer and this was how they were sold. Well that is not what is pictured or what I found in any videos of installation of item. Well we're replacing an older ionizer that had stopped working and if the reducers were not already glued in place we could have simply switched them out, but no we have to make an extra trip to Lowe's to buy new pipe that would fit in the glued in reducers. Not good experience at all. Below is what we received and got zero help from the seller.
