Excellent customer service from the team at the Newcastle store, nothing was too much trouble, took a watch back to exchange for this beautiful watch.
Love the clean lines and classic look, watch is big but not too big for me, only small gripe is the leather strap is either a bit too tight or too loose, other than that nothing not to like.
Lume is amazing, and 3 day power reserve.
Easy to wind and cannot be over wound.
Top class watch.
