Outstanding customer service from Harrier. I managed to break one of my poles during an ultra race and got in touch with the team to see what my options were. Although the damage was entirely race-related, they went above and beyond, replacing my damaged pole with a brand new pair of Helvellyn PRO Carbon Z-Poles V2 completely free of charge. The whole process was incredibly straightforward, communication was excellent, and the replacement poles arrived just three days later. It's rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its products, especially when the damage wasn't due to a manufacturing fault. That level of customer support has made me an even bigger fan of the brand.
