Having seen some documentaries on grounding I was interested to see if it could help with inflammation and improve my sleep. I have been suffering with tennis elbow for quite some time, and although I have also seen an osteopath at the same time, who gave me some exercises, the pain in my elbow and forearm has decreased by up to 90%. I have been using the mat in the evening and I also pIace it under my arm at night in bed. The Osteopath was surprised at how quickly the pain had diminished. My sleep has also improved where I feel its been a lot deeper. I still wake up about 3 but its easier to get back to sleep again. I definitely don't feel as tired and sluggish in the morning. Now I want to get my mum one who has an autoimmune disease to see if it will help with inflammation.
