I’ve tried lots of different styles of breastfeeding top and the zip design is my favourite by far - minimal faffing and doesn’t compromise the look of the top. I’m quite tall (5ft 9) and the length/ arm length was perfect for me. I’d say true to size but a very close fitting design so size up if you want a more relaxed fit
