The wall panels look great, getting the right ones delivered not so great. We already had 3 Rainforest panels above our hot tub but decided to buy 2 more to finish it off. First package we had delivered wasn't the Rainforest panels we had ordered. So I called Savoy and they apologised and arranged for them to be collected the day after and the right ones to be delivered. As arranged, they duly collected the package and later in the day they delivered more panels. Ok great so far. On opening the package I soon realised they were the wrong ones again! Called Savoy again, again they apologised and said as it was Friday they would picking up and delivering the rights ones on Monday. Can't say I was happy, as we had a family and friends BBQ on the Saturday and the garden didn't look as good as we'd liked. The right panels were delivered on Monday and they look great, but only average rating for the service.
