I had high hopes for Omnidesk, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing and my opinion has changed. Despite paying an additional $80 for installation, the setup was poorly done, and they refused to install the add-on I purchased. On top of that, they left behind several small parts with no explanation of where they were meant to go. Even worse, they didn’t dispose of any packaging and left empty boxes scattered around my house and downstairs, creating a mess that I had to clean up myself. The communication via WhatsApp to arrange delivery was unprofessional, with no clear updates or courtesy. After-sale service has been far from impressive. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with Omnidesk and would recommend looking elsewhere.
