The grass it’s self is great, had lots of comments about how good it looks, purchasing and everything was very straight forward. My only slight gripe with the whole process is the lack of communication from ordering to getting a definitive delivery date. Ordered and it said 1-10 working days and it wasn’t until the 8th working day, I was told it would be delivered on the 10th working day. Just a bit more forward notice on when delivery is scheduled for would be great and make it a 5 star service.
