All i can say is I have seen these advertised on and off for ages, and never bought them. I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but now I have started drinking them I regret not having them before. Going to get some oil too. Really chill me out and help me sleep. Just take the edge off. I only need two cans. All flavours are lovely but elderflower is my fave.
