I had an issue with delivery since I live in a public building where packages get delivered through a mail room and wouldn’t be able to sign. I realized this after I ordered my ring and Shelby I. responded so quickly and we were able to figure the situation out which I appreciated so much. Me and my fiancé now both have rare carat rings and we absolutely LOVE them. It took less that a week to receive his ring and the quality is amazing!
