I had an issue with the screen pull out as the mechanism was broken when it arrived. I contacted them same day and I was assured by a staff member that they would replace it within a couple of working days. Indeed it arrived as promised without any additional cost. The whole experience with the staff was great, throughly recommended. Thank you team.
