The Dr Golly program has given us much needed relief. Being a first time mum It was easy to feel overwhelmed and a little lost when it came to sleep. There is so much advice, information and programs associated with sleep that I began to question my own instincts of what my baby really needed and quickly got overwhelmed. The Dr Golly course provided really helped me to trust and tune back into my motherly instincts and my baby again - which is exactly what I wanted, a holistic approach. I love that it provided us with the ability to identify the small changes we needed to make (that worked for our family) aswell as gave us realistic expectations that we could be consistent and confident implementing. To fighting every nap and waking up to 5 times each night aswell as beginning our days as early as 5am, Luna now self settles to sleep, is only waking twice overnight and is sleeping until 6.30/7am! I can not recommend this program more highly. We have a much happier, well rested baby and we feel so relieved that she is finally getting the rest she needs.
