I like everything about this kit, I only wish I could choose between the scented and unscented shaving soap - see below for details. The packaging is beautiful, recyclable and well-thought. The razor looked smaller than I had anticipated, but it works really well, just remember to not apply unnecessary pressure when shaving and to be generous when lathering the shaving soap (which seems like it would last a very long time). After I've finished shaving, I need to detach the razor head to thoroughly rinse the blade, but I don't mind, it's easy and quick to do. The Shark blades are known to be good for beginners, they give a really smooth shave. The 10 blades included are a good start, but they could, later on, be bought in bulk. Some tips to make this kit even better: 🪒 a bigger travel bag - while the bag fits the items in the kit (razor, soap and blades), it doesn't fit additional accessories that are frequently bought together like the razor stand and the razor blade disposal tin. I wish I could be able to transport all my shaving belongings when traveling or moving. 🪒 a metal tin for the shaving soap - it requires a box for transportation and I believe many people would be glad to have one that fits the soap inside. Thankfully, I coincidentally own one, a gift from another beauty company. 🪒 a silicone razor cap - to cover the razor head for safety when traveling. See this example: https://heyhanni.com/products/razor-cap-replacement Now about the shaving soap - I haven't tested the unscented soap for comparison, but I can attest that the scented one, although it smells nice, isn't suitable for all body parts - especially female intimate parts. I believe the essential oils (orange & lavender) are to blame. I've never experienced any irritations before so I didn't anticipate it might not be a good idea for this use. Which is a shame, because the soap is creamy and works well for shaving, and the ingredients list is very clean. I wish customers could have a choice of soap when buying the kit. Unscented is anyways a safer option in general.
