It fits well when I take the time to work it into the right position - all except in the neck. Is a little too tight in the front. I have to have someone else make sure the closure in back is right - otherwise nasty rub marks from velcro. Not sure how that design could be better but the neck could be a little more forgiving. 5’4” 178#, DD
