Tap came very quickly after purchase, well packaged and the instructions were clear, biggest problem I had was removing the old mixer tap, whoever had plumbed it in had twisted and jammed the tails, took ages to remove. Fitting new tap was easy if you follow the instructions, the tails go in hand tight, fit in place, connect hot / cold and tank water, fit filer then connect up to the tank, fill tank and bleed through, power tank on and wait for it to boil. Love the tap, makes making a brew very quick, no more waiting for the kettle to boil, love the spring back on the boiling water, makes it very safe Been fitted 2 week now and def won't be going back to a kettle Love it
