I do like this product. BUT the taste and smell is so strong. I dilute mine in water, and it is still something that is not pleasant to take. It is mainly an after taste that lingers on. I originally bought it for my kids to be taking but there is no way I can get them to take it. It also stains, so be careful. I’m still giving this product 4 stars because I do believe it is really good for your health and therefore I’m committed to taking it. Even if I don’t look forward to it.
