This black box calf feels much softer and easier to break in than my other Carminas, it is very comfortable out of the box and looks great. Simpson is an amazing last, nice fit and very stylish. It is recommended to go up half a size but I think this last is closer to true to size. I didn’t expect to like this shoe as much as I do, Black Oxfords tend towards formal but I’ve been wearing them with everything as this style is also extremely versatile. This is an easy 5/5 highly recommended!
