My experience was super easy and even when I had an issue with shipping as far as making sure someone was home to receive it, the rare karat team was ON IT!
They helped me switch the address and everything, this was a relief since I was going on vacation and wouldn’t have anyone home.
My ring is wonderful, and now I’m on the hunt to make it even better stacking it with different bands.
