Our fireplace purchase was a pleasant experience as was the process of removing our old unit and having the new one installed. The staff were very accommodating both pre- and post-purchase. We are enjoying our new fireplace immensely, and would recommend Total Heating in Parksville to anyone thinking of a new or replacement installation.
