Based on the research I've done this prepared He Shou Wu Root is indeed a good quality one. I like the price , it makes it stand out value compared to another good brand. And definitely it's a stand out when it comes to the quality. The amount of product is very decentz I like that jar is dark and easy to use. Powder itself is a bit bitter but I add it to my protein powder or oats or mix it with touch of milk/coffee and it's barely noticeable then. Will wait patiently for result in the next few months I guess
