Based on my testing the actual capacity is somewhere around 800-900 mAh.
It's slow but not too slow and still acceptable. Charged my S21 from 19% to 38% in about 45 mins before it died.
For this price point that's pretty good and I'd recommend it. But don't expect it to be a replacement for an actual power bank. It's for last resort only and does that job well.
