I had such a great time at the French macaron baking class yesterday. Our instructor was fantastic—she really took the time to walk us through each step in a way that felt approachable and easy to follow. The small class size was a huge plus for me, making it feel more personal and easy to learn. I learned so much and looking forward to taking another class with her again!
