It has been an interesting 2 week trial, I love the sauna and the sauna impacts my HRV, I have noticed my baseline HRV data from my Whoop can be evidenced and is clear for all to see.
My real test will be 6 months and my 16 consecutive weeks of Mallorca triathlon Training Camps with a gel a day and to monitor, track and evidence my HRV progression.
